However, I know that they are not healthy for my body so I allow myself my Takis every now and again but for regular snacking my go-to now are these Trader Joe's organic roasted seaweed snacks.

This does the job for when I am craving that salty good snack. They are keto, vegan, and gluten-free as well. Below are Vanessa's picks of the healthiest snacks you can buy!

I love salty potato chips but I also don't discriminate against anything sweet. In fact, I have a major sweet tooth. And while I wish I could eat Toll House chocolate chip cookies all day every day, the reality is now that I am 42 years old, I cannot.

That's where these Trader Joes Organic Dark Chocolate Rice Cake Thins come in. These are yummy thin puffed rice cakes coated with dark chocolate. 2 of them come in at 120 calories and have about 5 grams of total sugar. Also, they are organic, and as I get older I am really leaning into understanding more about why organic is good for my body.
