The dressing is simple yet flavorful, comprising olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of Dijon mustard ( I really do love Grey Poupon.) It perfectly complements the fresh and crisp vegetables, making every bite satisfying and nutritious.

To assemble your salad, start by pouring the homemade dressing into the mason jar. This ensures that the flavors meld together and evenly coat your vegetables.

Next, add your preferred chopped vegetables. For a good combo, I recommend shredded carrots, bell peppers, spinach leaves, arugula, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.

Additionally, add some crunch and nuttiness with chopped walnuts, and for a touch of sweetness, include some chopped apples.

The beauty of this recipe lies in its flexibility, so feel free to experiment and personalize your salad with your favorite ingredients. Keep reading for the best mason jar salads to go.

Get ready to take your taste buds on the go with our Soba Salad sensationTo prepare this salad, start with cooking Soba noodles.

Directions for Soba Salad To Go

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the Soba noodles according to the package instructions.

Once cooked, drain and rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside. Chop all the vegetables to your liking.

Start layering "wetter" items in a large mason jar, such as the diced cucumber, cut cherry tomato, seaweed salad, Soba noodles, sliced apple chopped Romaine lettuce, and avocado slices, and topped with pine nuts.

If you'd like your pine nuts toasted, here is what you should do. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the pine nuts until they are golden and fragrant. Keep reading for the best mason jar salad to go.

Be careful not to burn them. Remove from the heat and let them cool slightly. Drizzle the Kewpie Sesame Dressing over the salad. Start with a small amount and add more as needed, shaking the jar gently to coat everything evenly. Additionally, here is the copycat recipe for homemade Kewpie sesame dressing.
